These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Descroll iOS application and our website at descroll.app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who can use Descroll

• Minimum age: You must be 13 or older. We do not permit children under 13 to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision.
• Consumer-only: The Service is for personal, non-commercial use (no enterprise or B2B accounts).

2) Your account

• Sign-in: You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google.
• Accuracy: Keep your account info (e.g., email, username, age) accurate and up to date.
• Security: You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3) Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy (available in-app and at descroll.app), which explains what we collect (e.g., minutes spent on blocked apps), how we use/share it (e.g., with friend leaderboards), and your choices. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.
